Chunk honey has the best of both worlds, it’s raw honeycomb and honey straight from the beehive. We harvest a chunk of pure raw honeycomb directly from the hive and immerse it in Raw Orange Blossom Honey giving its unique explosive flavor. The delicate wax can be eaten – spread on toast, biscuits, fruit, sandwiches – or eat it plain, as a wholesome candy. A single cell of honeycomb is filled with the concentrated nectar of thousands of flowers, the healthiest and most raw form of honey available. A delicacy of nature straight from the source, our Raw Honeycomb is hand-cut from the frame and jarred, with no additional treatment or processing.
